Mini Sprint – Body Shell Kit – Carbon Fibre Composite Kit

This carbon fibre / quadaxel / kevlar composite body shell kit is manufactured from original moulds designed and manufactured in the 1980’s.

The Sprint is a lowered sectioned body shell with approximately 50mm removed through the base line and another 50mm removed through the window line.

The Sprint is purposely designed to be manufactured from composites, it is not like other shells a replica of a steel body shell that has the inherent issues of design that limits composite strength.

The Sprint has stepped and raised sill lines, stepped pillars, multiple composites of carbon fibre, fibreglass, quadaxel & kevlar in structural areas where required.

The Sprint is designed to accept Mini subframes, both the early and later design.

Although the Sprint was originally designed to be a pure composite body shell kit, it is ABS Motorsports recommendation that a full roll-cage should be fitted.

This Sprint kit is supplied in the colour of your choice from the RAL range, to be de-flashed and polished by the customer.

The shell in the images is manufactured in Black and has been de-flashed and polished, this is an extra cost option.
